At Thomas Farmhouse Collection, we take pride in the high quality craftsmanship of our furniture and home decor. Our attention to detail from start to finish of a piece of furniture is very important to us, as is our commitment to satisfying our customers.

 

With all of our furniture builds, we use real wood. We do our best in picking the wood we use in building our furniture to produce the best quality product for our customers. It is important to understand that real wood contains natural knots, grains and imperfections. Real wood has the possibility expand and contract, crack, bow and gap with temperature and humidity changes. Likewise, wood colors obtained by staining or using paint can vary from one piece to another as each piece is one of a kind.

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your furniture or home decor, this needs to be expressed upon pickup and we will do our best to make adjustments to your order to meet your satisfaction. By choosing to accept your order on the day of pickup and/or delivery confirms you are fully accepting your order in its current condition.

 

For these reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be made on any order if one of these natural occurrences happen. These are natural occurrences and out of our control.
